1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and MuscleKeep for the MuscleKeep app and website. By using MuscleKeep you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if these Terms conflict with it, these Terms apply to the extent permitted.
2. Not medical advice — not a medical device
MuscleKeep is a tracking and education tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or provide medical advice. It never recommends or calculates medication doses. The medication-level chart is an estimate from published half-life data, not a lab value. Always talk to your doctor before starting, stopping or changing medication, diet or exercise. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. In an emergency, call 911.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MuscleKeep.
4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
- MuscleKeep requires a subscription after onboarding. Plans: Weekly ($4.99/week in the US, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers) and Monthly ($9.99/month in the US, no trial). Prices may vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If you cancel during a free trial, you won’t be charged. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or via Profile › Manage in the app. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Deleting the app or your data does not cancel your subscription.
5. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their policies. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or from Google Play in your order history.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with our systems, uploading unlawful content, or using MuscleKeep to harm others. We may suspend access for violations.
7. Your content
You own the data you enter. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
Barcode data comes from Open Food Facts (ODbL). Nutrition estimates, including AI estimates, may be inaccurate — check and adjust them.
9. Disclaimers
MuscleKeep is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We don’t guarantee any particular result, including weight, body composition or health outcomes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuscleKeep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for MuscleKeep in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new date here and tell you in the app about significant changes. You can stop using MuscleKeep and delete your data at any time.
